Favorite workout and why?
Docklands. Because it’s hard. And those one-minute intervals are the longest minutes of my life. And I feel like a badass when I’m done.
Where are you from?
I’m from a suburb of Pittsburgh.
Fun fact about you?
Growing up, I was a cellist, sang in multiple choirs and was in musicals (it was cool in my high school, I swear).
I never played a team sport and did nothing athletic until I was in my late 20s (so, last week).
Mint chocolate chip ice cream.
What’s your favorite hobby outside of F45?
I read a lot, teach spin classes, do yoga and ride my road bike. Not sure I have a favorite.
What does F45 mean to you?
For me personally, F45 is the only workout I’ve ever done (and I’ve tried a LOT of different workouts) that feels completely well-rounded. It’s challenging, forces me out of my comfort zone, and makes me better. I love seeing people change and improve their confidence and fitness. I love watching people push themselves and try new things. And the members and coaches are awesome!
